Who we look for
We welcome candidates with backgrounds in communications, journalism, business, political or social sciences, corporate affairs, or brand strategy. What matters most to us are curiosity, excellent writing skills, and a strong interest in how communications shapes reputation, trust, and perception. Fluency in both Finnish and English is essential.

Our paid trainee programme is designed for recent graduates in journalism, media or communications who wish to start their professional journey in strategic communications within a caring and high-standard environment. Trainees are involved in real client work from day one, while receiving hands-on guidance from colleagues across the team.
